About me
Dr. Quay Kester's career spans the globe in fields of executive coaching, educational design, navigating cultural dynamics and leadership development. Working in Guatemala, Sierra Leone, the Philippines, St. Croix, Tanzania, Kenya, western Europe and Ghana, as visiting professor at University of Cape Coast, and adjunct faculty at IUPUI and DePauw University, influences her experience. Quay evokes from each group its own strengths and wisdom to actively build sturdy, flexible frameworks for approaching work and life.
Specializing in Navigating Cultural Dynamics (equity, diversity, inclusion: EDI), she authors curricula, facilitates custom EDI courses for healthcare, government agencies and corporations. Topics include implicit bias, LGBTIQ+, anti-racism, white privilege, and more.
